"Tiny piece of cod compared to other local chip shops which offer bigger portions for better prices. Despite their Uber images showing the Fish accompanied by chips, and despite the majority of these shops offering this as a meal, on arrival there were no chips...included. When I called the shop, this very unhelpful, rude and arrogant person in charge proceeded to tell me how my order did not contain chips. Despite me explaining to him that it’s only logical that he have chips with his cod portion, or at least having that as an add-on option, he simply maintained that my order had no chips added. As a result, we had to order chips separately, and pay delivery fee for UberEats a second time. Not worth the trouble as there are many better quality, better value for money, and much more pleasant chip shops in the centre of Cardiff."
