"Ordered at 7 o’clock, came at 8. Order was wrong so called straight away to resolve the issue. Young rude girl first on the phone clearly no interest in helping and was insisting it was my fault for the order being wrong due to a muck up on their system? Told them I was happy to send a screenshot of my order to an email or number as otherwise I was being made out to be a lair over what I ordered? Told to email the manger and I would be resolved right away. Called back at half 8 as still not heard a thing to be on the phone to another guy who had no idea of the matter the same attitude as the first girl. Finally got on the phone to a manger who wasn’t sympathetic in anyway and seemed pretty unbothered by the situation. Then he was trying to end the call saying he’d contact just eat for my refund when I’ve been asking for half an hour to get the pizza I had ordered an hour n a half ago sent out??? Finally was told I’d be sent out my pizza however usually most companies that make mistakes see to them as soon as they can as the customers already waited. However I called back at 9.30, 1 hour from last hearing from them and was rudely told that they have other orders what do I expect ? It’s now past 10pm and I’m still waiting to received my pizza? Even though I was told half an hour ago it already had left the shop!! The rest of the food received also was barely warm and clearly re heat’s. Horrific customer service!!!"

"if I could give this place, minus stare I would, ordered the food for the half of the last seven and not nearly twenty to ten. I get his pandemic, but if they can't honor orders, or they're probably very late, so on the website to say its not hard to update their website to say that they eat over two hours before it appears, but then I assume that they don't want that, telephoneed and asked where eating was after the first hour, a murmurmured it soon. I like to eat this, but I will never order here again, perhaps the staff like eating at this time of night, I don't and if they aren't honest enough to just say how long it will be, then I go somewhere."

"Warm welcome, staff very friendly. Place was clean tidy. Took an age to place order and get served at the bar, they really need two people serving. Very limited vegetarian options. Food was ok nothing special chips were awful and very small portions for the price. Three of us had desserts and they were tiny. Our bill for 4 people was £80 so quite expensive for a lunchtime meal of meagre proportions. Wouldn't return I'm afraid as much better quality food and decent portions at other pubs in Cannock who don't charge the earth."

"Ordered here from Uber Eats recently. Seemed like a classic American BBQ place which is what I was in the mood for. Ordered crispy breaded chicken wings' then there was an option for a sauce add on. I chose spicy BBQ. Then ordered a burger.. Chose the sauce BBQ with no salad. When it arrived found the wings were in a foil bag and absolutely saturated in sauce which had conjealed on the way here not the crispy wings advertised. Also smelled like curry sauce? Couldn't eat them. Then on to the burger again saturated in mayonaise. I'd asked for BBQ as I'm allergic to mayo didn't specify anywhere on the order list that mayo came on the burger, I thought chosing bbq would mean that's what came on it. Pretty confusing! So couldn't eat either and wasn't offered a replacement or refund."
