"Had a lovely Christmas Day lunch. Stayed overnight but was given to understand that my parents were in a ground floor room but this was not the case when we registered. However, it was a lovely room with a four poster bed. The room was very clean and the bathroom had a bidet in it. The chairs were very low and hard to get out of perhaps a change? The TV was massive. My room was very clean the only problem was that one of the lights on the bedside tables was not working and that the fan attached to the bathroom light was very noisy, even with the door closed and did not switch off for at least 30 minutes after the light was switched off. I did not use the shower. Apart from these minor issues, I would recommend this hotel and stay here again, if the occasion arises."
