"We usually eat at another Turkish Restaurant close to this one, (which we have always been happy with) but, this was recommended for us to try. I must admit the chicken shish was very tasty. The prawn starter dish was average, I was hoping to taste more of the garlic. Overall, food was ok and we would have returned because of this. However, the service from one of the waiters was appalling, he brought our food and we asked for cutlery and a sauce. He spent a few minutes at the front laughing with other waiters and bought the sauce, still no cutlery. Again, I asked for the cutlery for us to eat, he bought it, no apology and just walked off. Finally, we asked for the bill he bought it, asked if we wanted it separate to which we said no, we paid and there was no thank you from him. What we did notice is that he was very friendly with people he knew, what you call the regulars. There was another waiter who was friendly, but in light of where the economy is, eating out is a luxury, restaurants and their waiters should realise this and have a little more appreciation for the people putting buns of your seats and keeping you in jobs. It’s a shame this one waiter spoiled the overall experience."
