"We’ve been to Busaba restaurants quite a few times in other areas and we really love the brand. This restaurant at O2 was unfortunately a disappointment. The service was mediocre, none of the staff was wearing a mask (really the brought a catsu curry without the sauce and we have to ask for it, and finally they kept coming to our table asking if we wanted anything else every 5min. Finally, compare to other Busaba restaurants, the atmosphere in this one has not been created with the same standards. As a result the experience is less appealing. Overall, it was a disappointment for us when we expected the same level of service and ambience as in other Busabas."
