"We’ve been to Busaba restaurants quite a few times in other areas and we really love the brand. This restaurant at O2 was unfortunately a disappointment. The service was mediocre, none of the staff was wearing a mask (really the brought a catsu curry without the sauce and we have to ask for it, and finally they kept coming to our table asking if we wanted anything else every 5min. Finally, compare to other Busaba restaurants, the atmosphere in this one has not been created with the same standards. As a result the experience is less appealing. Overall, it was a disappointment for us when we expected the same level of service and ambience as in other Busabas."

Not impressed, it took waiter a 30 min to take order and additional 20 min to provide dessert menu. We had our drinks half way through the food. Food below average not worth the money. I would say its a thai fastfood outlet. Very disappointed

pretty disappointing. almost no choice in terms of vegan or vegetarian dishes. the vegan curry dish turned out to be a tasteless colorful green supper. reis available only as a supplement and to add this painful experience, the seat is terrible. you are forced to complete strangers throughout the evening meal on a large square table and it is soou overpriced!
