"the cocktail (benito, I think it was called) was fabulous! eating was very nice, I liked the ginger squid. I have rated it in the average, it takes into account the views of my hospitable who don't think much about the pad thai or the banans dessert. I would not recommend pudding, but otherwise a beautiful meal."

"The standard of some dishes seems to have slipped. The green curry with chicken was not acceptable with only three pieces of chicken and represents poor value for money at £12 without rice. I raised this with the manager, but no resolution was offered. I was told that portions are weighed, so I can only assume the meanness of the portion was a deliberate choice by the restaurant. The bang kapi katsu and rice (crispy chicken and curry sauce) on a previous visit was very bland. Reluctant to return, especially given the abundance of other Thai restaurants to choose from."

"the pictures on google maps led me here and we were not disappointed. we started with the veg spring rolls and maize cake. the early rolls were good, but the maiscakes were the real star. I could eat them all day! we then had the vegan panang curry, lamb curry and bark. everyone was very happy with his meal. I am told that lamb and bark were tender, and my vegan curry was on point. I especially liked the red curry sauce and the choice of the waiter was also very sweet and attentive, so I will definitely be back!"

"This is a casual place for a party not exceeding 2. The tables are large square tables facilitating 2 or 3 at each side and are shared by others. The seating is pretty uncomfortable. It is not suitable for a party of 3 or more. It is very noisy. The service was good if some what unusual as our starters came along with our main courses. The food is fair but not sensational. The wine list is pretty mediocre. The ambience was not to our taste but I can understand that the younger casual diner clearly finds it attractive. There was a queue outside waiting to gain a place at any table when we arrived circa 8pm. The mineral water was suspect as to its authenticity. We did not enjoy our visit largely because we were not expecting to be seated at a large table out of earshot of each other and thus it was a case of gobble go ."

"We’ve been to Busaba restaurants quite a few times in other areas and we really love the brand. This restaurant at O2 was unfortunately a disappointment. The service was mediocre, none of the staff was wearing a mask (really the brought a catsu curry without the sauce and we have to ask for it, and finally they kept coming to our table asking if we wanted anything else every 5min. Finally, compare to other Busaba restaurants, the atmosphere in this one has not been created with the same standards. As a result the experience is less appealing. Overall, it was a disappointment for us when we expected the same level of service and ambience as in other Busabas."

"We booked this via Fork as a place to meet up with friends in central London on a Saturday night. What a find. The staff were lovely, the restaurant beautifully set out (although we did have to share a table which made our meet up a little constrained). The food was really tasty, desert not special but a lovely overall tasty and relaxed experience."

"Let's make it clear, this is not a Thai restaurant. Perhaps calling it an Asian restaurant would be more fitting. The satay came with a peri peri sauce (tomatoes), the green curry was extremely green and appeared to have coloring added, and the pad Thai was lacking in flavor. Nothing here appeared authentic. I would recommend avoiding this place if you're looking for authentic Thai cuisine."
