Cause for my low rating...a table on opentable for a business lunch were booked, we were told when we turned to the restaurant with our customers that, although they could see that we had booked a table on opentable that they had no tables available and that we had to go to another place. this booking was made 2 weeks in advance and at no point had called the restaurant to say that they had no availability as they had our booking in advance. Instead, they were completely unapologetic. with the customer in tow we had the embarrassing situation to find another restaurant in a week before Christmas, which is not possible. absolutely not what I expect from a restaurant with a call like aviary"
