"I visited KFC with my grandchildren and was disappointed with the experience. They did not have any vegan options available, and did not provide a receipt or update on the status of my order. When I collected my food, I realized that the 2 children's boxes I had ordered were missing chips, gravy, and fruit shoot, and instead had adult-sized cokes. This was not suitable for my young grandchildren. Unfortunately, I didn't check the order until I got home and decided not to return to the restaurant in the cold. Overall, I felt like I did not receive what I paid for and would not recommend this establishment. I do not plan on returning."
