Kfc - Menu

I visited this restaurant this week and was disappointed by the overcooked and dry chicken. The chips were cold and the Pepsi was Pepsi Max. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will not be going back.

Why do they advertise them if they don’t do them??? Every time you go in they say not today as if it’s temporary but it’s not! Where are they all? We went to the one on blatchington road and they don’t have them either!

ordered my food at expected delivery at no show. called deliveroo at to see where my order was and they said drivers have assigned then declined the order as they are too busy! do not accept the orders if you...are too busy the absolute worst cancelled ordered got my money back. Don’t bother ordering if it’s past fast food pfffft

Don’t say you’re doing the Eat Out to Help Out scheme when it’s dine-in only but you put a sticker on all of your tables saying they’re unavailable due to social distancing?? Tbf, for the first time in a long time they actually remembered all...of our order in the bag. However a bit of friendly customer service wouldn’t go amiss.

After placing our order and waiting minutes we already had notification that the driver was in his way, however after another minutes there is still no sign of it! I have tried calling the store many times and no one has answered. I...understand mistakes happen but if they cannot even answer the phone and explain to us what has happened there's really not much more I can do. **** starving as well. Hope the driver is alright.

They got items out of wrong in my order when I ordered through deliveroo, after receiving my order I called to complain and they said they would have a order sent out straight away its been hour mins and nothing. Please...do not order from here the hove and Brighton branch are far better and the food is hot the people who work here are so unprofessional you're better off just getting a greggs or papa johns or dominos as its all on the same road.

We have just picked up a meal from KFC Portslade. All items were stone cold. All items were greasy and not freshly cooked. The chips were disgusting, the pot of beans was half empty AND a portion of chips was missing from the order. We...have tried to call the restaurant to complain but they are not answering their phone. wasted as inedible and we are still hungry We doubt they will respond to this message but if they do a full refund would be appreciated !

This is the best KFC we have been to since long time. I've experienced some low quality from other nearby KFC locations. The food was cooked to perfection, with the chicken being juicy and the burger was stacked with all the right fixings. Everything was served hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we appreciated the cute news on the bag that made us smile. It was a lovely touch to receive high quality service with a personal touch. Thank you, we will definitely be returning for another visit.

Worse kfc I have been to !! Some staff are rude only nice member of staff is the tall lady with blonde hair most staff are non english I been in there least times and had trouble with my order short of chicken no...drink run out of drink I order !! Long time to wait for food !! Even when I told them this is the worse kfc ,and the member of staff agreed with me if I was u I would avoid this place go subway or any other place to eat everytime I been in there there is customers complain about how long they have to wait for food or order is wrong !! About time kfc done Some think about it
