"The staff member at the restaurant seemed to have trouble understanding my order. I asked for a 3-piece meal, but they gave me a bucket meant for one person. I have an accent, so it would have been better for them to clarify with me rather than assume. Despite this, KFC is still a good brand and I am happy to give them five stars. "I bought a boneless banquet at the restaurant and waited 10 minutes for them to prepare it. When I got home, I realized that they had forgotten to include the 4 orders of fries. I didn't want to go back because it would take another 10 minutes and my chicken would be cold by then. I contacted head office to complain, but they were unhelpful and didn't take any action. Additionally, the chicken didn't taste as good as it does at other locations. It seems like they may have forgotten the secret recipe at this store!"

"During lock down and whilst we were in the garden seeing parents after along time, we decided to get a KFC. Easy to order through the app and arrived on time. Although I had missed KFC, the chicken box was greasier than I remember, but quantity and taste was there. Fries were OK, but as with all fast food restaurants, the fries do go dry quickly. Did the job and fed us well (and enough spare for the evening meal)."

"Avoid this KFC at all costs, if I had read the reviews before dining I never would have dined at this branch. If I could I would give it zero stars. I dined here on the 10th of December after work. I wasn't very hungry so my partner finished off my meal for me. Both of us were woken up with terrible poisoning, vomiting the works. When I went to get pharmacy supplies the next day to treat the symptoms, the pharmacist and their assistant from pharmacy across the road told me they had contracted food poisoning from there earlier in the week. Avoid this franchise at all costs. This episode has cost my partner and I a loss of three days work as freelancers. Angry does not describe my feelings at the moment. Have reported to Food Standards Authority. KFC needs to shut this store down and do an overhaul of their food safety training."

"The restaurant is in a great location with plenty of parking, but it can get really busy. Yesterday, they forgot a few items from my order. I was disappointed that I didn't receive an apology and had to wait while they fixed the mistake. However, when I returned to get the missing items, the customer service was excellent. They apologized and quickly rectified the situation. Mistakes can happen, but I was impressed by the professional and courteous way they handled it."
