Great food and service. Staff are very efficient and very friendly and the food is always good quality.

The service and food at this restaurant were both awful. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. It's so bad, it even makes KFC look bad.

Ordered on Just eat, waited 1 hour then received someone else’s order. Something always goes wrong with this Kfc. Usually items missing. Not what we wanted and my order was twice as expensive as the one I received. View menu

Odered via Just Eat. No delivery, so called the branch to get through to fax machine feedback. Had to drive to see where our order was. 'Manager ' said the driver had probably eaten it and not their problem. Wow! Agree with others on here that this branch needs shutting down.

should have read reviews before going. without doubt the worst kfc we have ever had. 9 piece chicken bucket with chips. chicken coating rock hard chicken inside dry and overcooked, chips a soggy mess. tried to eat one piece and threw it all in the bin. how is this place still in business, kfc should close it down with immediate effect. Deliveroo promised delivery but later claimed we were outside their delivery area. When we went to pick up our order, they refused to honor the promotion that required delivery. The food was cold and when I contacted KFC customer service, they were unhelpful. If you enjoy cold food and poor customer service, this is the place for you. Bon appétit.

Cold dry fries congealed gravy disgusting chicken. Front of house staff like Kevin Perry. Totally uninterested in making customer happy or even communicating. Deliveroo drivers all coming in without a mask too. So surprised the owner hasn’t lost their franchise as it’s always the same when we visit. We keep returning to see if it’s improved but over 2 years it’s just the same.

I bought a boneless banquet at the restaurant and waited 10 minutes for them to prepare it. When I got home, I realized that they had forgotten to include the 4 orders of fries. I didn't want to go back because it would take another 10 minutes and my chicken would be cold by then. I contacted head office to complain, but they were unhelpful and didn't take any action. Additionally, the chicken didn't taste as good as it does at other locations. It seems like they may have forgotten the secret recipe at this store! View menu
