Lunch in Pasquetta in this typical Tuscan restaurant. Warm and welcoming environment. Owner very nice and available since booking. We start with the excellent quality of food, starting from the pici in the form of Pecorino di Pienza, passing through the typical bruschetta in all and finally reaching one of the best chianina steaks ever eaten. The tavern is a very nice and passionate person of his work, he told us every dish and made us discover many details of his cuisine; moreover he has demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the wines of the area.
