The food, the wine, the service, the experience...Outstanding! This was a highlight in our trip to the Black Forest. Unforgettable!

the menu is very shaped by Asian aromen! my personal highlight was the gänseleber! service suitable. unfortunately florian stolte has not shown himself!

Fantastic, in our case mainly asian, kitchen with matching wine tasting. Superior service (competent, accommodating, fast). We were more than satisfied.

we had a very nice and relaxed evening at florian stolte, our expectations were exceeded. the new rooms are very cozy and very service was excellent. the menu was excellent and each floor was a great one. florian keeps doing this. we're safe. many thanks and their great team!

the food was good. the guest awaits a mix of French cuisine with Asian influences. the dining room itself offers space for about 20 guests. the service is good and inconspicuous. vegetarian options: there is a vegetarian menu as alternative Kid Friendship: families with children are welcome. parking: several parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant.

All the food was excellent, and the service was friendly, relaxed and not over the top. They offer a tasting menu and a vegetarian alternative, both of which were great. The vegetarian alternative was in most courses very similar and in some courses exceeded the regular menu. Good selection of wines (unsurpisingly), in various sizes from half bottle to magnum.

an ingenious menu with wonderfully discreet) Asian-looking influences that convinces me almost completely about the main course they could discuss.) the excellent wines presented by the sympathetic sommelière extremely knowledgeable and detailed. wonderful symbiosis of menu, weave and a top service team that has professional perfect, the whole rounded. maybe it's the puristic environment, but otherwise a second star would be more than deserved! we have to go back!

Unfortunately Nat and I didn’t think it lived up to the hype; it’s probably because the menu’s “spin” is one of quasi- Asian influences. What ended up happening was an over-salted compilation of seafood with Asian seasonings/sauces, with the chicken with Tom Yam sauce tasting particularly forced. Our 500 USD (when including tip) would probably have been better spent elsewhere. For what it’s worth, service was excellent and the manager did swing by to pay his compliments too.
