"Great drinks as expected. Felt very overcrowded (people sitting on the stairs busy). The table for 2 next to us was occupied by 5 middle aged woman (I think country life fair was on at the business design centre that day) which made it uncomfortable as the lady sitting next to me was in hair flicking in your face territory."

A nice venue, good cocktails, but the tables were too close together for my taste, and with the piano it was hard to hear the other person ad maintain a conversation.

This is a cosy little jazz bar in the heart of Angel. You need to book in advance as it is very small. The atmosphere, music and drinks are really good although quite expensive.

A great find. Book and get there early before the others as it is intimate. Some powerful and classy cocktails on offer. Unsure what to take? Ask the expert serving team, they are well informed.

Service was pretty poor in comparison to how great it normally is. The drinks menu wasn’t offered and generally I didn’t feel like we were made to feel as welcome as we normally are. Maybe the bar staff were tired.

The food is limited to snacks, but that wasn't the reason for visiting. The cocktails are excellent, but it's disappointing that they no longer offer oysters as a complimentary welcome drink. This restaurant is great for a special occasion.
