Thankfully we saved this for our last meal of the trip because it was by far the BEST! Everything you would expect from a top fine dining restaurant. Excellent food, service, wine selection. We were extremely please with the overall experience and will be going...back on the next trip to Munster!

Das Essen war früher besser und vor allem der Service! das alte Personal ist fast nicht mehr vorhanden.Das Essen war nur noch mittelmäßig im Vergleich zu früheren Jahren. Stark nachgelassen.Im Sommer immer noch sehr schön mit dem Terrassenplätzen und die einfachen Gerichte sind auch akzeptabel. Ansonsten aber wie gesagt ist die Küche nicht sehr aufregend

Wir hatten hier in einem sehr schönen separaten Raum eine Familienfeier. Der Service händelte den Umgang mit den Erwachsenen und den Kindern fast aller Altersklassen auf eine sehr freundliche und souveräne Art. Alles, was die Küche so auf den Tisch brachte, war hervorragend. Suppe. Hauptgericht, Dessert und danach noch Kaffee und Digestifs, alles passte gut zusammen. Das angebotene Nachliefern weiterer Platten klappte ohne Probleme.

Auf Einladung von Freunden waren wir für ein Fünf-Gänge-Menü zu Gast bei Ackermann. Der Abend war absolut gelungen. Das Menü hatten unsere Freunde als Überraschung für uns vorher mit Frau Ackermann abgestimmt. Wir waren alle vier gleichermaßen begeistert. Essen, Ambiente und nicht zuletzt der sehr freundliche und persönliche Service waren perfekt. Auch die Weinempfehlung zum Steak war ganz wunderbar. Das werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederholen! Even though it is located in a large building, the dining experience is cosy, because the buidling is divided into smaller rooms. They offer two seasonal menus of good quality. The helpings are large, with lots of meat, but there are also vegetarian options. Eating a la carte is also possible. Wine arangement can be ordered upon request. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Will visit again.

Het restaurant ligt bij een kruising in een buitenwijk van Munster. Het bestaat al ruim honderd jaar en heeft een niet al te grote kaart met prima gerechten. Wij vroegen om extra groenten en dus kwam er buiten de kaart om een prettig bordje groenten tegen een redelijke prijs bij. De bediening is voorkomend, zou soms wat vlotter kunnen. Wijnkeuze- en advies is prima in orde! Alles bij elkaar waren de prijzen ook heel redelijk. Kortom: hier maak je geen verkeerde keus mee!Bij de inrichting viel op dat het heel rustig, heel on-Duits, in onze ogenJapans was ingericht. Ook zeer aangenaam! View menu
