Spa day, massage treatment included. Fire and ice great, especially the hydrotherapy pool. Establishment could do with a little updating. Noteworthy details: Busy for Monday morning at 10am. Carpark full, Service: 4 Location: 3

The afternoon tea was a bit pricier than others, but the quality of the food and service made it well worth the extra expense. An added bonus was that the sandwiches and cakes were unlimited; however, we found it so filling that we hardly needed any extra! View menu

My friend and I had a spa break here in Oct and enjoyed every moment. The spa staff were so lovely, especially the lady who was on the fire and ice area, she made us feel so welcome. The massage was one of the best we've had and we came out feeling so good. The evening entertainment was brilliant too. We hope to return soon. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Rooms: We had a standard double room, which was very disappointing if I'd known the standards were so low I would of upgraded. Food drinks: Food was nice enough, the evening meal was pleasant it was buffet style so you could each as much as you like which was value for money. Breakfast again was buffet style and it was lush 10/10 for breakfast! Drinks are expensive I paid £10 for a glass of Rose! Rooms: 2

Went for a spa day I can honestly say I was disappointed. There were children in the pool area which made it noisy the opposite of relaxing. Too many people were let into the spa in my opinion as there were more people than loungers really over crowded. The fire ice experience was nice.. but again.. too many people so the steam rooms didn't have much steam as people were constantly in out. There was no music in the relaxation area our party was told the speakers were broken wouldn't be fixed until January. The treatment I had was really lovely, the only negative was that the speaker (that did work in the treatment room) was really crackly so the relaxing music was anything but relaxing. The... View menu
