The hot tub room is an absolute must! I rate the rooms a perfect 5, as well as the service. The location deserves a solid 4. This hotel stands out for its luxury, romantic atmosphere, and peaceful environment.

Myself friend stayed the hotel on Sunday. Found all the staff very helpful friendly especially James the bar manager. Thank you again James for our birthday treats they where much appreciated. The carvery breakfast was delicious. The only niggle was room wasn’t very warm the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Definitely visit again. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 View menu

Food drinks: Mediocre food served in the cramped country kitchen, Under cooked meat, with the Turkey Pork and Beef all carved with the same carving knife. and on the same carving board. The unhelpful restaurant manager could do with some urgent customer focused training. If this was the last restaurant in Sutton Coldfield, I would choose to go hungry Rooms: 1

No complaints at all . Would definitely recommend this place for a special treat . Would love to check out the spa and gym next time. Staff very professional and helpful. We stayed for just one night and loved the location, but we were disappointed with a few aspects. The restaurant menu and food quality didn’t meet our expectations. The bed was uncomfortable, and for some reason, I couldn’t sleep at all. Additionally, the bathroom was in average condition. When I inquired about breakfast timing in the early morning, the staff seemed unsure; first, I was told they weren’t sure, and then another staff member gave the same vague response. Eventually, a waitress informed us that breakfast started at 7:30 AM (it was a Saturday), while we were initially told it would be at 7 AM during check-in.
