Absolutely terrible! We ordered two vegetarian pizzas, but one was topped with chicken. Mistakes happen, so we called to address it, but the manager was unhelpful and said he didn't know whom to believe, claiming the kitchen wouldn't make such a mistake. There was no apology, and while he eventually offered a replacement, the whole experience was ruined by his poor attitude.
