"we start with the positive ones. we had nice eating with some interesting combinations. I liked above all a beet root, goat cheese and praline plate, which has a lot of character. there was a plucked aubergine and black boil, which was also beautiful, very well cooked and great aromen. in relation to the presentation we really enjoyed one of the first small bites that were meat slices that they have brought out on a bone. the water was beautiful and the decoration of the place was also beautiful with beautiful decanter along the side of the room and some stoned wood on the table. Many dinge however made our night there a rather disappointing experience. service was a bit eager, they served us focaccia to start the meal and I didn't even have time to finish that she moved it and began to serve the next bite. I sometimes had to ask about the food, but struggled to find a moment to ask them how they always moved away as soon as they were done. we were not even asked how our meal was or whether everything was in order. despite the service that was hastened, they were not in a hurry to give us our bill. we waited shortly after our last bite before we could pay and go. after minutes waiting time I even got my credit card and put it in the table. I had to catch someone's attention after minutes, but even this was a fight when they ran around and didn't see in my direction for a while. After we had paid, we had to wait and finally get someone else's attention to get them back to bring our weights back. When they finally went to get them, they forgot to bring my bag and had to go back to get them after I asked where she was. a cure had a clam in the middle, and the hair of the clam in my friend dish was not removed. knives were not changed between curses, so eating from earlier curses would remain on them, which was really not ideal. another commentary to the measurers is that the blade on them is up from what they normally expect (bow edge was blunt, straight edge was sharp). it was very confusing and I noticed that all in the restaurant actually cut their food with the blunt side of the messer! the dessert was a bit too salty and one of the two little “Mignardises” after the desert was the exact same combination of aromen (which is not the original with how it was chocolate and hazelnut our water was empty and was served no more than minutes. Finally, when I was thirsty, I took the water myself. one of the champagne glasses we were given was chipped. Despite the problems we had, the employees did not apologize for themselves (later bill, no water, fragmented glass, etc. in total, this was not worth a Michelin star."
