Megliore piatto di maiale : best pork main corse and the view is amazing ; for 30 euro fixed menù you get even more as all food is local and biological. Vegetarian option was also nice. To visit every week : as the chef changes the menu upon seasonality and avialability of the growing fruit and vegge.

I wonder again when they took pictures of this devastated place. I thought I saw more magazines. I'm just a place I've been. Between dust and flies, I don't know who it is. I enjoyed 2 dinners that were simply the best meals I had on my entire trip to Italy. Chaz the chef created memorable meals with a light hand, letting the freshness of the ingredients come through. Prepared primarily with ingredients from the farm, the dinners tasted as good as the landscape looked. Delicious! Truly a special experience.

Panoramic position on the Good Tuscia. Poor service. Lack of evening lighting for access to the rooms in the structure and parking. Free wi-fi in the room. Deludent breakfast devoid of everything both sweet and salty. Rooms comfortable and clean but without cleaning lid. Price 90 euro in double room high for the relationship with the services offered. Kitchen for discreet lunch.

I live in the area and although I've known Casa Caponetti for years, I hadn't eaten at their restaurant where they recently brought in a young chef to up their game. Well, it worked. This is a great spot and I'm not surprised at the excellent reviews. The setting is stunning a reminder of why we picked beautiful Tuscania to live. Great views over a green valley. The chef is not Italian but definitely cooks in the Italian tradition while exploring both old as well as new influences. I wish I could keep this a secret but given that it takes a bit of planning to get to this will not be overrun any time soon. : I'll be back. View menu
