"chosen to feel among other Tuscan restaurants, it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. the appetizer cutter proposed a fairly wide selection of meat and two proposals of fresh cheese accompanied by honey. fresh pasta of water and flour, typical of the area, for amatriciana was superb: exquisite, balanced and perfectly blended. the cut with lard and truffle was cooked perfectly, tender to cut, soft to eat, delicious to goto. we could not have gotten dessert to survive condimeteo adversity, but it is the excuse to return. I complimented the cook and repeat them here: good!"

a small room in the heart of the center of tuscany, cozy, furnished with a goto with a romantic note. great food and good wine card. Our daughter is attending school in Tuscania and she recommended this restaurant. Waitress was fluent in English and so helpful with explaining various meals on the menu. Very impressed with her sommelier skills (she said she had been formally trained and it showed! Food was outstanding. Best shrimp I ever had! Perfectly cooked and so flavorful. Probably my favorite dining experience the entire 11 days we were in Italy. Highly recommend.
