Traditional, calorie-rich, extremely tasty food that is presented tastefully on large plates by friendly servers. You will never go hungry there. They brew their own beer - and it is good. I have eaten there many times and I know the place well."

"We have only had great experiences with the service, the value of money and the delicious food of the stone box. This year in July we celebrated our Abiball with nearly 300 guests and decided to host the stone box. The auditions were always top organized and at eye level, which is not always used as an 18-year-old student. The food was delicious and also the orga and payment after the celebration were uncomplicated and pleasant. The food was very diverse, with vegetarian and vegan, as well as meat-containing dishes, very fresh and at great prices. The service at the buffet was also top. We got the same quality in the family and were super satisfied. We also appreciate the great food and the cosy ambience of the restaurant and look forward to the next visit. From my own experience, I also know that the restaurant is super interesting for smaller children and the team also maintains a great deal with the small guests."

"Okay, so I'm biased. soest is my hometown and I ate in this restaurant a lot when I was a child. but then I went out and it was not until last year that I returned to the family dinner in the moenchshof. I loved it! the place serves traditional dishes with a Balkan twist and is full of atmosphere. the house was actually the birthplace of the renowned painter otto modersohn (man of paula) the worpswede school and there are paintings and information, especially in the fashionrsohn corner right from the main entrance. the people who lead this restaurant are so beautiful and so charming, it is a joy! I had the black medals, and they were done. if they like meat, they will really enjoy this place, but they take care of all tastes and are very helpful in suggestions. if they are in soest, they give it a bit, they will not be disappointed!"

"it is possible that a bike tour to get to the place, us incredibly hungry and worthy of everything we were served, but to be honest, I would eat again today at this place. after a few steps the restaurant is cozy, the personal friendly. and the portions are typically German big! I ordered the cheeseburger, who was without doubt the best I had in my life (as it was perhaps because of hunger I was), but the chips were also delicious and very salty. I couldn't finish everything. my friend had the carving he finished (only) and was very satisfied. the prices are very reasonable and lie in the heart of the city, only a few steps away from the great church. would definitely recommend this place! the only thing I would add is that they have no serviettes or serviettes on one of the tables."

I come here often. the burgers are all unique, sour and super tasty. the kartoffel pommes are the most delicious I have ever eaten and the sweet potato pommes are also not to be despised.Unfortunately, it is a bit expensive, so I can't always give it to myself, but it's worth it in any case.In per se, it's often full and therefore a happy to find a place. in summer there are still other seating options outside, but in winter it will be narrow, but you can also take everything home! I can only warmly recommend this and will continue to stay a master guest."
