We stayed with 4 people in the old vine and it was a beautiful and delicious evening! Nice ambience, friendly boss and delicious greeting from the kitchen: perfect start. My pumpkin soup was a poem for the tongue, perfectly rounded with delicious core oil. The redfish fillet on the point, juicy and very tasty. The self-made Remoulade was great, but shouldn't come directly from the cooling, the temperature difference to the redfish was too big! The plates should also be warmed up!
