"the restaurant am homburg is aimed primarily at people who live so at homburg. at least my personal impression was that no guests had come away from. at the time of my visit the restaurant was not full. I can't say if this is always the case. due to the small dining room, however, it is connected to definitiw to make a reservation in advance. the service was nice, friendly and the Corona regulations were observed. Unfortunately, our waitress made several mistakes (wrong courts) and the timing was really not ideal. there is little to complain about the quality of the food. only the horses were really bad because they were not completely cooked. but the dessert was a dream. the restaurant am homburg is aimed at people who also live in homburg. at least my personal impression was that no guests traveled far away. at the time of my visit, this was not visited before location. I can't say if it's always the case. due to the small dining room, however, a reservation with safety is recommended. the service was nice, friendly and it was taken care to keep the Corona rules. Unfortunately, our operation is underrun several errors (wrong courts) and the timing was really not optimal. the quality of eating there is little to complain. especially taking into account the price-performance ratio, this really fits very well. only the pommes were really bad because not completely. for that it was dessert a dream."

we had ordered a table for 4 people for Wednesday 02.02.2022. When we arrived there the restaurant was closed and also did not open.This local should be removed from the slinger block I will also forward it.

Das Essen ist ganz gut aber nicht herausragend, die Bedienung ist meist träge und unaufmerksam. Alles in allem ist es ein durchschnittliches Restaurant für Leute die am Homburg wohnen und fußläufig in ein Restaurant möchten, aber von woanders extra her zu fahren lohnt sich wirklich nicht.

Wir waren gestern auch dort essen und uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Das argentinische Steak mit Zwiebeln und Champions war Butter zart und auf den Punkt Medium...super ! Das Schnitzel parmigiana meiner Frau war ebenfalls sehr lecker,zu erwähnen ist auch das Salat Dressing Wir kommen wieder ! View menu

hallo together, we were eating with 4 people there yesterday, very tasty, large portions and a very friendly chefin. she has advised us very well in the selection of food. we can recommend the local, which is also very nicely furnished. here is everything true, price, quality, portioning and service at very high level.

Bisher dachte ich immer schlechtes Essen oder schlechter Service wäre das schlimmste was einem passieren kann. Am 26.06.21 wurde ich eines besseren belehrt. Ich hatte reserviert und auch eine Resiervierungsbestätigung erhalten. Als wir dann voller Vorfreude ankamen war das Restaurant.... einfach geschlossen. Ich dachte echt das wäre eine Folge versteckte Kamera. Sowas ist mir ja tatsächlich noch nie passiert. Naja Corona trennt dann eben die Spreu vom Weizen und bereinigt den Markt. Da ich nicht reingelassen wurde, müsste ich eigentlich Null Sterne vergeben. Wir sind dann in das Restaurant Blini in Alt-Saarbrücken. Dort war es sehr lecker und das Personal war super freundlich.
