Wir durften einen kulinarischen Hochgenuss erleben. Das Menue war sehr auserlesen, von sehr guter Qualität und hervorragend zubereitet. Der Service überwältigend sympatisch. Eine Empfehlung für jeden Besucher in Paris!

Jantamos neste restaurante no nosso último dia em Paris. Nao fizemos reserva e sentamos em uma mesa grande com outros clientes. Fomos muito bem atendidos e provamos o melhor purê do mundo acompanhado por carne de pato execelente. Recomendo este restaurante para todos.

Excelente custo benefício. A especiliadade da casa é o Aligot, uma espécie de purê de batata com queijo que é um creme maravilhoso. Pedi como acompanhamento da sugestão do dia, que era porco com lentilhas, que estava tenro e derretia na boca. De sobremesa pedi três cremes sendo que tinha um de verbena muito bom. Com o café e vinho saiu tudp por 40 euros. Aconselho fazer reserva. J'ai aimeé!!! View menu

I found this restaurant on the internet and made reservations before arriving in Paris. The restaurant was good and specialized in food from the Augergne region of France. The portions of food are huge. I ordered the set menue which included the lentil stew, duck breast with the famous garlic mashced potatoes with cheese, and the chocolate mouse for desert. Over all it was good, not great but okay. The duckbreat was cooked well and had a good flavor. The 'aligot' potatoes were a little bland but not bad.

Ce bon restaurant du Marais est devenu un piège pour touristes américains depuis le changement de direction :- prix exorbitants. 37 € une bouteille de vin d'Auvergne. 40€ en moyenne pour les bouteilles de Bordeaux. - les nappes sont remplacées par des sets en plastique. - la mousse au chocolat n'est plus à volonté. Les tranches de brioche sont comptées. - 108 € pour deux avec une seule entrée et juste deux verres de Saint Pourcain. Une maison qui vit sur son ancienne réputation. Dans le quartier pour manger typiquement français, aller à l'Ange Vingt !!

I must say that these guys tried hard, with the wait staff quite attentive and a nice setting, but the food was average at best. I cant really get excited about mashed potato-there is a little performance put on when the potato is stirred/mashed/whisked at your table, but its mashed potato people. Every table was taken by tourists (which we were as well), but it did really seem that this was the angle that this restaurant was pushing towards.Dont get me wrong-there was nothing wrong with the food, its just that it is the same fare that you could have at any French inspired restaurant in any city over the world. That may well appeal to some, but really didnt set the world on fire for us. View menu
