Probably the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. But my whole group ended up stomach pain and diarrhea at the time of the end of eating, which of course made the memory dirty was a unique night

Everything is perfect. the experience of dinner in amelia is more than recommended. all delicious, the attention of both chefs and the sommelier barbara. all very friendly. It's definitely something you have to live.

it lacks, minimum, a star michelin more. amazing site, unmatched experience. all thought for the comensal to flip from the moment he enters until he leaves. the best michelin of san sebastián (and we have been in kokotxa and the lookout of uliana arzak) View menu

Unbelievable experience with superior food, wine and atmosphere. Watching Paulo directing and teaching chefs and even carving pigeon himself were a cherry on top of the outstanding dinner. Star Wars references were particularly appreciated by me and fellow nerds. May the food be with you!

Awesome food and the atmosphere ... the super-majo chef and the staff who attended us insurmountable in professionalism and sympathy ... we were having dinner yesterday after we traveled all the stars of the area and there is no doubt that soon it will get the third. Amazing 2 Michelin fine dining experience,very relaxed atmosphere and cool music.Tasting menu with Japanese influence mostly based on fish and shellfish,perfectly crafted by Chef Paulo Airaudo,who was in the kitchen during whole dinner time. service and food — both excellent. the food more than anything. the tasting menu with the pair were the best we've ever eaten. we loved the atmosphere and the table where we sat. Very comfortable. and we loved the end with the dessert photo and coffee /limoncello arrive at the lounge bar. it looks like a two or three star michelin!! Incresible every bite that you get into the mouth, delicate and subtle flavors. It's a whole show since you get there and sit on the bar looking at how every dish is made and say you know if that's for you, it's important to see how much work is behind each dish. I also got to see how the cooks explain the dishes and the process of doing them. Of several gastronomics that I have visited, this one deserves to meno a star more...at least!Bravo to all the amelia team!

Absolutely amazing food, on point wine pairing. Quite interesting location (in the basement), but with cool interior design and focus on the open kitchen. However, I’d deduct 0.5 Stars for the service: The first main was served while still eating the previous course. Had to proactively ask for the drinks menu after already finishing the 2nd amuse bouche. They couldn’t remember that we handed them an umbrella when leaving. Everywhere else fine. But when paying >800€ for 2 People … come on! View menu
