"It was a chilly rainy Paris night and I was craving soup and tempura to warm up. Nagano restaurant is a tiny charming spot in the St Germain de Pres area that offers a delicious menu of traditional Japanese sushi, tempura, gyoza, soups and a few ramen dishes.
