"The best teams of our company were honoured for the Christmas celebration in December 2016. As otherwise the small teams are always going down with these honours, and the big teams are spinning really thick, our management also decided to say thank you to the small, no less important teams. This is how our small business group came to the company, consisting of many small teams and individual fighters on the move at various customers in the European area, with the main prize of the evening. In addition to a small premium, this should also be a joint team evening in a gastronomy of our choice. Our pleasure was correspondingly great, but at the same time we knew to get all PPC employees to Dresden at the same time. After long and difficult research, the fourth day in May was taken out, and thus all employees in Dresden are, various trainings and meetings were set up in the office. Anno Domini The locality was also quickly found, with the majority of the team there was a desire to visit “Anno Domini” in the north of Dresden, near the airport in Klotzsche. So, as a pure men's force, we wanted to escape the bourgeois, modern life. The “Anno Domini” in an old, beautifully renovated peasant farm is located on a small side street. Parking there are a few in the farm of the property, all other cars can be parked on the street. Beer garden In the large farm there is a large, cozy beer garden with its own vanity for the warm summer months. After several steps have been taken to the inn, a large, heavy wooden door opens. Look into the guest room behind this one is immediately approached in cash, what the “Knecht” wants here today. And before one sees himself, one has got a burschikosen maid with quite big and naughty mouths, a silly paper kitten hanging around the neck. Now one is dragged to his table, and urged to take place at one of the rustic tables, and only with a candlestick sparsely illuminated tables. (Due to this sparse lighting, unfortunately, the photos do not look so special. Sorry. Our English-speaking colleagues were accompanied to the table in the finest and friendly English. Thus, the English saying does not seem to exist in the replayed Middle Ages. The tables were already covered with clay plates and wood cutlery, consisting of a blunt dagger and a wooden spoon. The beer order quickly went away, who didn't know exactly what he wanted to drink, was asked by the Magd to reproduce. Those who wish alcohol-free beer were asked to go to the monastery. It's not everyone's taste. We had the right answers in the men's round, so that the magd got a healthy roast in the face. The beer, in this case a small field from the local Dresdner brewery or, optionally, an in-house brew, was naturally brought into large pitches according to the stand. The tab(s) extract from the tab(s) We did not need to take care of the main food from the rich card, so in advance there were already two large “ritter meat plates” with Wild, Chicken, Hase, Wachteln, Schwein and Lamm, with various vegetables and dumplings, Spätzle and many sauces for 18 Taler and 5 silverlings for hungry manpower. However, as I am a soup casper, and too much like to wish a little appetizer, we also ordered a garlic soup – a strong garlic soup with acid cream for 5 thalers and 1 silverling. As a greeting from the kitchen, fresh bread was first served with self-made grievous fat. For beer, that was the right snack. The bread is nicely soft and cut into thick slices, the grease well seasoned and with plenty of fried sheaves in it. Now it was said to spoon the soup with the small and narrow wooden spoon. This was more difficult than thought, and then you can hear it sneaking at all corners of our table, because only so could the soup be removed without residue from the tonnage. Especially weed is not so common in our local latitudes. Here the traditional Spreewald Sauerkraut comes to the table. The red herb was also from the cannula. Since all these foods were taken with the wooden roof, or rather with the bare hands, this was of course also a quite juicy and sticky matter. We almost forgot. The animal crowd. „Maximilian“ and the hut „Friedrich Wilhelm“ To the late evening, we were already with our food at the end, assaulted Esel „Maximilian“ and the hut „Friedrich Wilhelm“ among the guests. A short round in the restaurant, and already after five minutes the two had already disappeared. That should have been all of the animal people. OK, you have to like it when suddenly a donkey or a sheep puts your head on the table. They were both lucky in the neighboring table, and they got something from the salad plate. After several cups of the house brew, the earthly reality came to us again, and in front of the gates of the inn there stood the own magd, waiting to bring the illustrious men's round home. Conclusion: contrary to the narratives of “early” today it is quite human. The card promises varied meals, but also special menus as for our men's round can be booked. A rustic inn and a cozy, quiet beer garden invite you to stay. The burschikose of the operating magnet is sometimes exaggerated, but with corresponding counter comments this is also still. Das Ambiente bringt einen sofort ins Jahr des Herren. Das Essen ist wahnsinnig gut und schön würzig. Das Bier schmeckt und der Obstler hat auch einen Geschmack den man so nicht wieder findet. "On our relatively spontaneous journey to Saxony and Thuringia, Dresden was of course also on the programme. In the Saxon capital I can regularly travel professionally, but for my loved one it was the first visit and of course also the magic of Elbflorenz worked with him. Only this beauty there in the crowd can be something overwhelming and particularly time-consuming. It fits perfectly into our daily planning that the enjoyment studio opens its doors for a gourmet lunch exclusively on Sunday. For a long time I wanted to enjoy the youngest star restaurant in the striking and pale taste of Dresden. on and out were relaxed, cost-effective and wine-friendly with the tram; the stop is only above the intersection. Of course, we didn't let it take us to admire the Waldschlösschen bridge, which is very close to the Dresden Elbtal, a UNESCO World Heritage site. I found the vaulted construction quite apart, but whether quite or ugly, traffic necessary or tax grave no longer to discuss. A supportive young man was already on the way to good service and at the end we met another gentleman who impressed us with friendly sovereignty. All my powers are included in the assessment. We chose both from the two lunch menus 5 courses for very cheap €64! and after this responsible decision “deserved”. Ruinart rosé is presented in a glass-like studio. This is not exactly the cheapest bottle fermentation from French countries, but 25€ per glass are already an announcement for a non-year in Germany. Factor 3 or more will generate costs as a contribution to coverage. Lunch break “Mischkalkulation”. "Two days after our meeting on 06.06. is our wedding day. 10 years after I met my current wife, I led her to the Traualtar on 08.06.2002. This was not because I had waited for a better woman all the time, the financial resources just didn't allow it, because I'm always one I can't afford, I don't. So we celebrated a big wedding with 97 guests in 2002 and have been married since then. As you know us, we celebrate the feasts as they fall, and so we can at least in June go nice food within two days. Once a day of knowledge, once a wedding day. Since after more than 31 years of coexistence and 21 years of marriage I have met my wife's preferences so slowly, it was almost obligatory for me to look for a Indian for our dinner. Without a long time to think, our favorite Indian in the Dresdner Neustadt, the “Jaipur” restaurant on Louisenstraße, was included. A call, and a table for us 4 people was occupied. Behind the counter, I saw the Indian gentlemen smiling amusingly and knew you had to go through now. not only **** sharp, there was also some meat that were still abundant pieces of lamb and chicken in the soup, played hardly any more in weight, much more I would have been happy about a baguette or the like to soften the sharpness. I was brave, I ate the bowl, and then I was glad to leave the sweat. My two girls just laughed when my head was red. Holla the forest fairy. Up to our main foods, I now had just 15 minutes to regain my taste buds. Then what came was the typical Indian cuisine. I chose the Mutton Murgh Masala. Mutton Murgh Masala – inlaid lamb and chicken meat with paprika, onions, ginger and garlic In a steaming, and very hot prunes I was served here in the traditional masala blend of cardamom, pepper, cumin, muscat, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, garlic, chili and laurel inlaid lamb and chicken meat. "Our first visit to Dresden and we were really overwhelmed. Access by bus and train from Pillnitz, a good and affordable connection. And the sun laughs with us. Dresden provides a flooding – how did the city look 30 years ago or even 70 years ago? After visiting the Frauenkirche we wanted to eat a little bite. There is plenty of choice around the Frauenkirche. Bavarian brewhouse atmosphere, offered several times, did not have to be. The Coselpalais is located directly on the Frauenkirche Left in the picture of the Coselpalais and we saw the beautiful protected courtyard, the Ehrenhof. In 1765 the baroque building was built, severely damaged in the Second World War. This building also shines in a new old shine. Respect for the craftsmen. The entrance gate wide open will welcome guests with daily meals on the large slate table. The Ehrenhof was almost completely occupied, we had a shaded table with comfortable seating. The courtyard beautiful and well maintained as the upscale interior of the restaurant with different rooms and an impressive cake counter. The toilets are perfect. A young and very well-kept gentleman in the upscale service outfit welcomed us kindly. As an apprentice, he was named at the Revers and made a really good job with his colleague. He asked about our drinks. Again for us dry white wine choirs. 0.2 l, very refreshing and well cooled, were served at € 4.50. 2 other glasses followed. On the daily ticket we had 2 dishes, these we ordered: day recommendation on 14.06.2017 The company was really well visited, inside a company. After a very suitable waiting period, our dishes were served in well preheated plates, with a friendly announcement. For me the Quinoa Apple Risotto. This airy and discreetly seasoned, the nutty flavor of the quinoas is preserved. The apple went down a bit. For this the green asparagus aromatic and beautiful in the bite. The tomatoes were great. Speak up. What green is always welcome to me. The portion pleasantly saturating. Quinoa Apple Risotto with green asparagus and tomatoes So satisfied I was, my husband was the winner with his shrimp dish! 7 large, glassy juicy shrimps, the Risotto shlotty and juicy. The service workers had all hands to do with the many guests, all made a very well trained and quiet impression. The view always directed attentively over the guests, sufficient eye contact or hand lifting to express wishes. We wanted to explore Dresden further, otherwise we would have stayed much longer. It was very relaxing despite the central location and the many guests."
