We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and ordered the spaghetti with venus clams the lasagna. Both meals were really good, we recommend to try them! (They also have a lot of pizzas to choose from)

we happened in this pizza at an unusual hour for dinner, we thought of an aperitif with appetizers, instead they proposed pizza and we accepted. then, after green passes, they made us sit in the inner room. we say that the furniture is spartan, from trattoria, with straw chairs and dishes decorated on the walls, but still it is fine, it is hot as the pizzaiolo works not far away. pizza is good, all in the norm, even the price is honest.

We stopped here to have lunch before visiting a little of the Roman ruins and we were treated to a kind and inviting experience. The couple who owns the restaurant were so hospitable and enjoyable to talk with. You could tell that they were also really in love with the food they serve. We ordered a tagliere friulano and gnocchi with deer and the typical stuffed buckwheat pasta with cheese. Both primi were so delicious and made with love. ancient eagle is a guarantee of good food and friendly welcome. we arrived at the restaurant at the same time to a large comitive and the owner always very friendly and professional made so that we ordered first, the dishes arrived in a short time, while being there numerous other customers, and really delicious. the menu is varied and special dishes are offered every day that depend on the ingredients found on the market therefore very fresh, in particular the fish. restaurant to try absolutely.

I just left the place and the staff was horrible. I went there with my mom and sister, we were in a hurry after a long road and just wanted to have a quick dinner and go to sleep. We ordered a pizza and a lasagna and the blonde waitress started screaming in Italian to another waited that why did they let us in if we don't drink anything. Told her that I don't speak Italian but I understand what she said and it's not ok and we are leaving... she continued screaming silly stuff as we left. Maybe the food is good. Avoid this place!
