"Mr Norcy is included on walking tours of Perugia, but it’s easy to find on your own. It is located along the right hand side of the cathedral in Piazza Danti, just around the corner from the main square, Piazza IV Novembre. We had a couple of great pulled porchetta rolls here €9). They were juicy and saucy and loaded up with pork but very different from the porchetta rolls we’d had in Rome. I found the buns a little dry and crusty but this is just personal taste. Mr Norcy specialises in Umbrian meats and had a good selection of other sandwiches or panini €6) and platters. You can also buy a glass of wine or local beer. This is a casual, mostly take-away food but they do have a couple of tables in a corner outside and a bit of seating inside. NOTE: We turned up just it opened and a tour group had beaten us there by a few minutes. It’s only a small shop so it was packed out and we had to wait quite some time to get our food. If this happens, I’d recommend going off for a stroll and coming back a little later."

5 stars deserved for : excellent food quality and staff kindness. sandwiches really good stuffed with meats of excellent quality and products of the territory. I recommend above all to try the spole sandwich of excellent manufacture.

courteous staff, excellent choice of local craft beers and stratospheric sandwiches! quality of raw materials and well stuffed sandwiches (not the usual slice of ham and little more are the perfect combination! we had lunch on the side tables of the central square, comfortable, cheap, fast and very good!
