"We have visited this place twice in a space of 6 weeks without being able to have any acknowledgement from staff. Both times we came in, waited by the bar and as nobody acknowledged us proceeded to the table where we sat for 10 minutes without a service. I managed to get an eye contact of at least 3 staff but they just carried on cleaning tables and walking up and down. Maybe a better management and a better trained staff are in order."

"the worst hotel ever. the room smells the cigarettes, the walls are so thin that hear everything from the neighbors. The pictures of the rooms available on the internet are totally different than real looks. The staff… no one in the reception after 11pm so no help if something happens… when I wrote during night on FB messenger, someone answered me but after I wrote the truth, the staff took offense and wrote “If you showed some respect i could have help and changed the room. But you are sending this intimidating messages. At first i didnt have to respond because we close at 23:30 Next time be more kind Have a good night” about he internet… in thee room you can find the “manual” how to use it… but the password doesn’t work… there is an answer of staff “Probably my collague did not change it”. there is totally unprofessional and not acceptable. I can not recommend this hotel."

"Posto veramente bellissimo e personale gentilissimo! Io e il mio fidanzato ci siamo stati a pranzo la settimana scorsa e ci siamo trovati benissimo, torneremo sicuramente. Abbiamo mangiato all'aperto, con una bellissima vista sul verde. Siamo stati accolti con un bicchiere di Prosecco e un amuse-bouche (pre-antipasto) offerti dalla casa, entrambi ottimi. Abbiamo ordinato antipasto, primo e dolce, seguendo anche i suggerimenti del cameriere, gentilissimo. Tutto squisito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Prezzo assolutamente in linea con il livello del ristorante. Segnalo anche la forte presenza di opzioni vegetariane, punto molto forte del menu, visto che spesso si limitano ad una sola scelta o sono addirittura del tutto assenti."
