"Surprisingly discovered this little restaurant in the center of Aachen. We wanted to have some German food, my hubby was craving for schnitzel. The weather was good and we decided to sit outside. The prices are quite cheap compare to other restaurants serving German food, even for drinks. We ordered schnitzel with champignon sauce and fries and baked Rotbarschfilet with fried potatoes and veggies. We got some green salad first. Then main course. It was really tasty. We were pleased and nice surprised. After we paid our bill, we got some ouzo for free. Nice gesture form the owner I would really recommend this place for dinners"

Aachen, near Germany's borders with Belgium and the Netherlands, is known for its historical architecture and famous printen, a type of gingerbread unique to the region.
