Aperitivo Bar e Restaurant

Ambiance feutrée et décoration de caractère. Nous avons mangé un fritto Misto très frais et original et un VRAI tartare de bœuf coupé au couteau. Ambiance tranquille. Très bonne soirée en bonne compagnie. Cocktail délicieux en apéritif et Vin bio pour agrémenter le Tout. Merci à Domenico et Sabine.

La location non è il massimo, perché è su una strada a forte percorrenza, ma devo dire che la sera a cena il traffico si calma e si può anche approfittare della terrazza.Niente da dire sul menù e sui piatti provati. L'ho trovato buono, il servizio accurato e il conto adeguato.Ci tornerò senz'altro!

Greeted by a smart and friendly chap in this up scale restaurant. i was eating alone this can often be uncomfortable, but not here. Nous avons été très bien reçu. Un accueil et service parfait !!!! Repas excellent précédé de 2 petites mises en bouches surprise. En plus on vous propose de vous faire goûter le vin avant de faire votre choux et ceci même si vous décidez d'être servi au verre ! Terrasse agréable et cadre intérieur moderne et sympathique, ça vaut le détour

Pour mon second passage dans ce restaurant, ça c'est bien mieux passé que la première fois. Cette fois, j'ai opté pour l'entrecôte de boeuf qui était un régal. La cuisson blue comme demandé, une viande de qualité, les tomates d'une fraîcheur et goût incroyable. De plus, la quantité servie est vraiment importante. Le service est attentif et efficace. De plus le patron semble avoir ajouté des pizzas à la carte, je n'avais pas le souvenir d'en avoir vue la dernière fois.

Sono stata ieri sera in questo carinissimo ristorante in occasione di una cena degustazione cibo/vino tema Sardegna.Il locale è intimo e ben curato; il personale competente e molto amichevole .Che dire della cena... FANTASTICA!Prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità: non ho trovato nemmeno l'ombra di sabbia nelle vongole. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dai piatti e dai vini tipici di una terra che ora ho sicuramente voglia di conoscere meglio!Il proprietario ci ha parlato del progetto di organizzare regolarmente cene con temi differenti per fare una sorta di "giro d'Italia" noi ci prenotiamo già!!! Sono stata in questo ristorante in due occasioni: la prima volta per una cena sarda e la seconda per San Valentino. Nel caso della cena sarda il cibo era BUONISSIMO, dalle fregole al porceddu era tutto perfetto, vino compreso, sembrava di stare proprio in Sardegna. Prezzo oltretutto perfetto ed adeguato.La seconda volta, a San Valentino, è stato molto deludente. Il servizio è stato lentissimo nonostante l'estrema gentilezza del cameriere. Le porzioni erano molto piccole anche se curate. Il prezzo non era per niente proporzionato alla quantità di cose mangiate. Una mia commensale ha chiesto di mangiare vegetariano e gli hanno arrabattato le stesse portate nostre con al posto del pesce due zuc...

Recently changed an owner this restaurant got a complete make-over in the design and menu offerings! The new chef who came straight from Italy is being very creative and artisanal, he uses very homy Italian foods and snacks, the meals are very well balanced - personally have tried lots of starters: awesome shrimps with zucchini - super light but very tasty, very nice presented carpaccio from beef with some Italian cheese and salad, perfectly smooth mozzarella with surprise - asparagus! Apparently it is very tasty! Another meal that stole my heart - beef tartar, by far the best tartar in Lausanne, which is so fresh and tastes as meet but not spices! I shall really recommend ordering cocktails...

My friends and I visited this restaurant in July, when Switzerland experiences its hottest temperatures. To get you through these times, Aperitivo has one of the best terraces in Lausanne. Very comfortable chairs combined with a cozy garden-like terrace comforts you into staying until the very end of service. In terms of food I would complement the restaurant on having local and incredibly fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the charcuterie platter, which is homemade and absolutely delicious. The mozzarella with asparagus and dragon fruit wasn't the obvious choice for me, but that combination proved to be very tasty.
