I'm not going to lie, it was hard to do, but the results were fantastic. My appetite has decreased, which is a good thing because I have a hefty appetite. I felt energy throughout the entire process. On the third day, I'm not gonna lie, I couldn't wait to have food. But now that I have my first detox under my belt, I can't wait to try it again. I just finished the 3 days Detox juice smoothings and it was much easier that I thought! because the juices and smoothies soouu were nice! at the end of the day I didn't feel particularly hungry. I feel great, skin better, sleep better and feel much better cleaned! I can hardly expect to do it again soon and much easier than to make the juices yourself!
