"We were celebrating the end of the semester so we went there between classmates to eat in this restaurant in front our school. Once arrived the coldest welcome i have ever seen by a gentleman in his mid 40s. After eating we spent a little while talking to each other then we all started going back home one by one but at the very end we were 5 people left so we went all together to him. This Guy started snatching our credit cards from our hands and putting them violently in the machine. No hello, no thanks, no bye , nothing. Then when we were leaving us 5 , we went to say a final bye to our friends who were eating at another table. This guy shouted to us in French that we had no manners, that we were making too much noise, that this restaurant is not college canteen stuff like that. He even said racist remarks. This guy was like there are other people in this Restaurant but i was looking around and except our friends there were 4 other people in that Ultra bad restaurant who were doing completely fine. The restaurant staff is very well known for treating college students like garbage even though they make a good amount of the restaurants sale. We stayed very calm and said bye to our friends for the last time because it was our last day as a class. This experience was awful."

Very good dinner tonight. The food was delicious, full of authentic flavors. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the service was excellent. The quiet atmosphere with views of the Seine added a charming touch to this memorable culinary experience. I highly recommend!

We came among colleagues, we were well received, the food was good, I took the Paolo salad that was pretty good, except the chicken that was served very cold and tasteless. The plates are well trimmed. The service on the other hand was not up to the height, which is a pity. Free parking, exceptional setting, we will return with pleasure.

Great spot in open air with nice views over the Seine, La Défense skyscrapers and Bois de Boulogne, watching water skiing. We wanted a brunch for Sunday 11:30 and we got what we expected. Lots of choices of salads, salmon, hams, pizzas, fresh or marinated vegetables, cheese fruits and pastries. No limit buffet that completely satisfied us. Bar service was nice. A wonderful experience on a sunny Sunday for a family gathering. Price was decent according to comparable places. Thanks!

A very nice and pleasant atmosphere on the banks of the Seine. The setting is bucolic, the decors, the style of the restaurant leads us totally to the trattoria (def: small neighborhood restaurant, family run with the good cuisine of Mama). I totally adhere to the composition of the map of Italian wines as well as dishes, in this case the scalope milanaise a delight and desserts you have the embarrassment of choice: tiramisu, limocello glacé etc... the advantage is that the map is not exhaustive. It is necessary to count two for dessert dish with 1 bottle of wine between 90€ and 110 euro, it is suitable No more flat except that very noisy so for the beta romantica is sometimes not obvious! "The Villa turned out to be an unexpected surprise. It's co-located with the Mercure hotel in Saint Cloud, and many locals frequent the establishment. It has some of the best traditional French cuisine around. Dinner isn't served until 7:30 pm, but I dined there two evenings during my trip. The maitr'de serves double duty as the only server, so it can be a bit slow when it gets busy. Set aside at least two hours for dinner and enjoy the experience. It also happens to serve the breakfast for hotel guests. It's pretty much the same every day but includes a wide variety of foods to suit many pallets and diet needs. It includes eggs (poached and scrambled), bacon, sausage, pancakes and crepes. There's an assortment of fruits, cheeses, cold cuts and three cold cereals with numerous toppings available. They also have yogurt, five or six different breads and pastries and multiple chilled juices and hot coffee. The dinner menu is limited to whatever the chef has concocted for the day. There's usually a meat and a fish and vegetable offering. The first evening I started with a salad of simple dressed greens and a piece of toasted multigrain bread topped with cream cheese, smoked salmon, roasted tomatoes, thin slices of apple and tangerine. An unusual but surprisingly tasty combination. The main dish was roasted lamb served with perfectly fried pomme frittes. The lamb was a little on the tough side, but tasty and well presented. At the suggestion of the waiter, I paired the meal with a 2017 Minervois called Riussanelle. The coffee and current notes went very well with the dinner, and was so good I enjoyed it with my meal the second evening as well. That included vegetable egg rolls, roasted vegetables and a cut of lean steak that was quite tough by American standards. The dessert was a pastry with custard and a slice fig. Apparently the chef was feeling generous and creative because the waiter walked out at least two other complimentary desserts for every table that evening. Why go out for good food when it's right in front of you. I will definitely return here again."

"It has been 2 years since I have eaten here last time. And because my business takes me to Paris every 2 years I try to eat in Le Caffe d'Angel at least twice in a week that I spend in Paris. So what is that I like here ? Well I could say that Deserts are fantastic - Especially Chocolat liegeoise, salted caramel juice and nougatine. Also the main courses and appetisers are very very good, but there is something else that attracts me here. And it is the atmosphere. It is that mix of "I do not care about anything, I will just do what I want and if somebody comes - nice, if they do not, even better" - what I am trying to say is that the floor and the tables have the very same pattern of the stone and it is the one you would see at fishmongers. So not very spectacular, well, to be honest - all BUT spectacular - but in some strange way - it does work. The tiles on the walls are super generic white tiles you might see in a public toilet - but they work there. Light and the lamps make you feel like you in a living room of a quite avant-garde family from the beginning of 60's - but again - you guessed it - it works. It looks very lean, relaxing, very much non pretentious - but still - the food is bespoke, service is fantastic and the atmosphere is really retro and relaxed. And in a strange way I kinda feel a bit at home when I am there, and no restaurant in Paris achieved that until now :) Thanks !!!"
