"I had heard a lot of positive things about "slate and wine" located in my neighborhood. small discreet frontage close to the bridge of the ladies, I decide this noon on this day of rest to test it. On the noon, the formulas are: flat to €9.70, flat or flat to €12, flat to dessert to €15. So we're on rates that know why to keep. I'm against the whole thing. At the wine level, there is a fairly complete choice as well as several wines offered to the glass. in fine, I had two glasses of chardonnay at 3.50€ a glass. other wines with glass ranged between 4 and 5€, certainly for well-known grape varieties, but I think it's still a little expensive. In the entrance, I opt for a Sain-Marcellin salad and bacon. The presentation is very neat, the divine tidy cheese on its toasts, the grilled bacon just as it is necessary, the vinaigrette does not drown the fresh salad. A real delight. I'm on the plate for a pig's colombo. The meat is cooked as it is necessary, the sauce with ripened flavors, the white rice good and cooked without imperfection. I'm enjoying myself. In dessert, my appetite was taken in default (and yet at times I am able to eat for two)! and I asked if it was possible to have a sorbet (fresh and light) rather than the tatin pie in the slate. accepted. pretty small cup with 2 generous green lemon sorbet balls, a cream silly nut and a small cake type breton palet. nice sweet finish. The place is sober but friendly, pleasant reception, efficient service, irreproachable hygiene for what I have seen. cooked products are good and especially fresh, here no heater or cooking food out of the metro. a little music in a sound background but nothing that's making you tympans. dishes are offered on the menu, trays to take away, it is open in the evening to try out with friends or in charming company."

for a day of open doors, we opted for this restaurant that didn't pay for an outdoor mine. but once inside, the welcome is really nice, the decor is sober and the kitchen (made by madam) is at the top. We took a savoyard hamburger for me and Caesar salad for my husband and daughter. It was really very good the gourmet coffee is made of homemade desserts. Not really, it was very good, even if we are not accustomed to the fare of Toulouse restaurants. (25€ per person with a good beer). When you eat well, it's worth it. for small budgets, there are also take away dishes.
