Just off the beaten path and terrific. The Cordon Blue is super. Six of us sat outside, enjoyed the sights, and really felt satisfied with our meals. Take cash because the credit card machine was not working.

Friendly service. Food is tasteless, and poorly done. I had the carbonara, which was basically scrambled eggs and spaghetti. The white harsh overhead lights, and the dance play list doesn't add to the atmosphere.

I found this restaurant just strolling on the streets. Had grilled fish filet in cream sauce, with salad. Amazing. The woman sitting next to me had told me that this is a small family run business, and the food is as close to traditional polish as you can get in Frankfurt. Not expensive at all either.

We really enjoyed our stay in this restaurant. Very intimate and confortably place. A perfect restaurant where anyone could find good food at onest prices, good music and the simpathy of the owner that also offered us all the entrè, the salad and the liquors - twice- we'll come back for sure! A little bit hidden but it's absolutly worth the try the food.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the small menu offers a combination of Polish and international dishes at very fair prices. I love the pierogi (not pictured, I opted for ravioli today). The restaurant is bright and cheerful and there is outdoor seating when the weather permits.

Arkadius is a Polish restaurant hidden within Frankfurt's Westend. We arrived early, about 6pm, just as the cook was setting up the outdoor tables. We had to ask if the restaurant was open, and we were welcomed in right away. Obviously, I speak English, as did my five companions. The married couple who run Arkadius (wife cooks, husband manages the front of house) spoke little English, though much more than we speak German, but they were eager to overcome that obstacle.
