"My family attended this bar on the 21st of October, to watch the Liverpool Match, my partner was standing and a waitress turned with a tray with a kettle full of boiling hot Coffee and cups of coffee, she turned hit him with the tray which left the kettle of boiling hot water down his his stomach and privates area, he rushed to the bathroom to splash cold water on it, there wasn't so much as an apology!!!! After I returned it was an unconsiderate amount of time not to check in with a person with burns and offer some assistance or even First Aid.
