"Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auch das umsetzen an einen gemütlicheren Tisch war kein Problem. Die Getränke wurden innerhalb 10 min serviert, so wie auch das kleine Bruschetta. Der Service war völlig in Ordnung. Auf die Pizza mussten wir dann warten… nach 60 Minuten haben wir mal vorsichtig gefragt “habt ihr uns vergessen”? Freundlich und hektisch wurde uns versichert “Nein, nein, dass kommt gleich”. Alle anderen Gäste die nach uns kamen hatten bereits ihr Essen auf dem Tisch. Wir haben daraufhin um die Rechnung gebeten. Der Chef (vermutlich) wurde persönlich zu uns geschickt, welcher dann nachfragte und versuchte die Situation zu retten. Eine Diskussion entfachte nicht, jedoch kam auch keine Entschuldigung. 15 min nach dem “Nein nein, kommt gleich” wurde uns dann gesagt die Pizza sei jetzt im Ofen…! Aha also doch vergessen? Ein “entschuldigt bitte, da ist ein Fehler passiert.” Wäre ausreichend gewesen. Aber es kam gar nix. Ich bat erneut um die Rechnung der Getränke. Diese kam dann auch. Wir sind nach 90 Minuten hungrig zum nächsten Italiener gefahren. 20 Uhr dort angekommen, 20:19 2x Pasta und eine Pizza serviert bekommen. Buon Appetito."
