"I am a regular for lunch and/or dinner around Dammtor Station since I have moved to Hamburg from South East Asia a month ago for work. I have tried Asiahung a few times, which apparently offers a wider range of Asian dishes with Viet food, Loclac (Khmer) and Thai soups and rice dishes plus fried noodles.Entire places is set up as a fast food place, many order to take a way (the noodles in particular). Prices are on the lower side (6-8 EUR per dish, portions on the larger side). The quality is soso. I had loclac once and a Thai curry plus a Tom Kha soup. They all remotely reminded me of the dishes I often eat back in Bangkok and Phnom Penh, but no more. The meat in both cases was below what I would usually order. With the nicer Vietnamese in the back of the station - 'Nem' (left, next to McD, adjacent to Mr. Clou), I woill not try Asiahung again, unless for the fried noodles just before my class at Konfuzius Institute. They are basically fried noodles with minimal carrot and leek..... no culinary highlight but a quick fix."
All prices are estimates.
Hamburg, a port city in northern Germany, is known for its maritime heritage, vibrant culture, and local dishes like Fischbrötchen and Labskaus. It's a blend of old charm and modern vibe.
