"The Bianc is manageable, approx. 14 tables cozy and single set with view towards kitchen. Opticly everything was like a small art show, very exciting. The service was really very attentive and the wine accompaniment was class(roll weine), despite the many courses only something for drink-resistant. Tastefully and for eating, it was chosen for my partner and me too much different flavors and the courses too wild. We like to eat and cook ourselves lovingly and with heart. This place is simply chosen to be confused for the stomach, so our stomachs had complaints after eating... Negative is that, the Gänge menu lasted hours and our sitting meat has been curly for a long time (4-5hd), despite hint, the menu is not served faster. In addition, cooking is often freshly cooked, and not precooked for hours and days and kept warm until served. The kitchen itself acts very sterile and not lovingly more practical and visually corresponding to its dishes (Chemielabor like). Tastefully there was some tasty but not everything naturally does not meet every taste this menu would be more affordable and less courses would definitely be worth a further visit accordingly it remains with a one-time visit and only a one-time recommendation. Over 600€ plus tip for 2 people is a proud price."

Die Foccacia Klasse mit einer lievito Madre gebacken, heißt mit einem italienischen Sauerteigansatz, kross und innen luftig leicht. Der Belag echt italienisch, saftig, und geschmacklich sehr gut gewürzt! Der Service und der Chef waren aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Und: es gab eine ganze Seite Alkoholfreie Cocktails. "There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember.The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity.The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."

The menu concept is great with lots of little appetizers, then the main menu 6 or 8 courses and to end a wonderful evening lots of little sweet bites. "Meine Frau und ich waren zu unserem Jahrestag zum dritten Mal hintereinander bei Herrn Hausser. Leider war es diesmal nicht so überragend wie die letzten Jahre. Z.B. hatten wir uns sehr auf die tolle Brotauswahl gefreut, diese war diesmal nicht sehr ansprechend. Weiterhin war die Beleuchtung sehr hell gestellt, so dass keine „romantische“ Stimmung aufkommen konnte. Der Service war diesmal auch nicht so aufmerksam und zu spüren. Auch dieses war in den letzten Jahre um Längen besser. Das Essen hat aber wieder unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Insgesamt war es trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte ein toller Abend."

"Es war wieder einmal super. Aromen und Gewürze gut eingesetzt. Was uns zum ersten Male nicht so gefallen hat, waren die verhältnismäßig kleinen Portionen. So hätte ich bei meinen Pulpo Arm für einige zig Euro eine wesentlich größere Portion erwartet. Auch andere Gäste bemängelten die kleinen Portionen. "Ich bestelle hier seit über 7 Jahren regelmäßig Sushi. Alle paar Monate esse ich auch vor Ort mal etwas, wie dieses Mal mit meinen Eltern. Qualität ist über die Jahre hinweg konstant sehr gut geblieben, die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich. Bestellungen werden zuverlässig ausgeführt und auch die Präsentation lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Ich empfehle grundsätzlich über deren Website zu bestellen. Das ist gut für Sie, weil sie einen besseren Überblick über Karte und Angebote haben, und auch wegen den Preisen, aber auch gut für den Betrieb, weil hohe Kommissionen an Dritte wegfallen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Man kann sich sicher sein, egal was man bestellt, immer einen fairen Preis zu bezahlen. Gerade zu Zeiten von Corona und Krieg verdient die Preispolitik von Nigiri Sushi eine besondere Anerkennung, weil sie den Weg vieler anderer Betriebe mit teils fragwürdigen Preissteigerungen nicht gehen. Das schafft Vertrauen und bindet mich als Kunden auch langfristig für hoffentlich viele weitere Jahre. Immer wieder gerne!"

"I was with my friend and a friend of mine on a Saturday evening at themi eating. for me as a berliner it was a premiere and I went to the restaurant without prejudice. first of all: eating was great! it was authentic, fresh, delicious. I had typically a Gyros plate with tomato potatoes, salad and tzatziki. I would order it again and again...but to several points that have been missing me the laune: we had to wait for our first drink order as well as the main foods very long - for the main foods almost an hour. ok, the restaurant was almost booked but nevertheless. and since it was booked it was very tight, very tight. after we were sitting at our table, almost nobody came behind us. I can't understand that! for limited space and non-logical table distribution, guests cannot. the most annoyed me but the service: I was a bit healthily beaten and therefore only ordered a former. I got it with the words "here, your child beer". I find it disrespectful. something you can do if you know his guests and can estimate them accordingly. I also wanted to have a becker metaxasauce in addition to my Gyros plate. After I had expressed this wish at the order, I got a 10-minute submission, why it would be illogical, together you didn't taste it like that. 20 times I said, "ok, then they're putting it away from the order," I was tipped all night over from the waiter to the shoulder and asked if he should still bring me the sauce or if the decision was correct. completely annoying and superfluous!!!Factory: great eating, the rest has left me the laune - just a respectless staff, that has nothing to do with family or the like in my opinion."
