"I made a reservation for two people two weeks in advance, but later some more friends joined us and we were able to easily accommodate a table for five. We arrived at the restaurant on Friday night at 7:00 pm and were warmly greeted and escorted to our table. The menu was promptly presented to us and we quickly found some delicious options to order. The appetizers were all fantastic and the main dish, a perfectly cooked piece of meat, was exceptionally good. We were told that the meat had been cooked for 60 hours, which explained its incredible taste and tenderness. Despite the great food and service, the evening seemed to drag on a bit too long, lasting almost 3 hours. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the service was a bit slow at times. Despite this, I would definitely return to this restaurant as we had a lovely evening overall."

"We have visited Balutschi with my sister and two kids and were welcomed with open arms, though the younger child was not always behaving too well. The interior is very cozy and the smell is superb (don't worry - somehow it does not stay on your clothes). We got served very fast and started a feast of sense. Maybe it's just me who loves Pakistani food, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and had a great time. My dish was as spicy as it gets, yet my stomach survived and never complaint - this speaks a lot about the quality of the food. Will come back once in Hamburg again!"

"Nachdem es das Cross Sushi ja schon eine Weile gibt, habe ich es letztens endlich mal geschafft, zum Mittagstisch einzukehren. Es war wie mittags immer total leer in dem Laden, was mich bisher auch etwas skeptisch gemacht hat... Aber bei den positiven Bewertungen musste es jetzt mal ausprobiert werden. Und es hat sich gelohnt!!!! Die große Sushi Platte aus Mittagstisch für 11,90 Euro inklusive Miso Suppe war wirklich super! Handwerklich und optisch klasse. Zwar 2-3 Euro teurer als bei der Sushi Konkurrenz schräg gegenüber, dafür aber eine größere Portion und deutlich originelleres Sushi. Nicht das übliche Lachs-Surimi-Gurke-Einerlei.Und vor allem viiiieeel Fisch! Der Fisch war super Qualität und die Maki mit reichlich Fisch und weniger Reis als in anderen Läden üblich. Und geschmacklich wirklich richtig lecker!Die Bedienung war sehr nett, der Laden ist auch nett eingerichtet, einzig ein paar weitere Gäste zum Mittagstisch würden es noch gemütlicher machen... Also Leute, hin da mittags, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich super!"

"Ich war angenehm überrascht über diese SPORT BAR. Wir waren um 19 Uhr dort. Zu Essen hatten wir uns bestellt, einen Salat mit Pute (sehr gute Portion zum satt werden!) und Nachos mit Käsesoße (das hat meine Freundin nicht komplett geschafft!). Die Portionen sind wirklich lecker und ausreichen von der Menge! Prima im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Leider wussten wir nicht, dass dies auch eine richtige Sport Bar ist und es gab auch ein Fußballspiel. Für Sport- und Fussifans bestimmt klasse, für zwei Freundinnen, die sich einfach nur nett unterhalten möchten, wurde es dann echt zu laut. Gefühlt dröhnte aus jeder Ecke der Fußballkommentator. Wir mussten uns echt anschreien. Somit hat der Abend ein schnelleres Ende gefunden. Also für Sportfans genau richtig! Trotz der störenden Lautstärke, würde ich wieder mal dorthin gehen. Es gibt auch einen Biergarten, den ich im Sommer mit Sicherheit nochmal ausprobieren werde."

"In principle, I do not report a second time about a restaurant if nothing has changed. My report on the Alte Mühle is now almost four years old and it has almost not changed, even in our menu selection. It was about the geese, like every year. Gänse Consommé with meatballs in the glass. Goose with rose cabbage, red cabbage, dumplings and glazed grapes. The geese is before everyone. And again it's more than you can eat. Gang three: Red Grütze, ice and bakery. The quality of dishes is high, tasteful everything is perfect. For dinner we chose a bottle of Nero D.Avola. The team has remained young and competent. The price for this menu is attracted (48.90€ per person). In the meantime we visited the Alte Mühle even in good weather by bicycle. There is a very nice terrace at the lake, which also invites you to a coffee and cake. A reservation is advisable at least on weekends."

"I have never experienced such a service even though they tried to make it work it was inexperienced waiters who didn’t understand English. We had the table for 2,5 hours and asked politely to get the food in good time in order to attend a concert at the Elbphilharmonie. Instead, the owner head chef raged at us, got very stressed, and said the most obscure things: “This is not a fast-food restaurant someone who looks like you should go to a fast-food restaurant instead!!”. Screaming this to us and also ran after us when we waited for the taxi in order to tell me this. I have never experienced anything like it and usually attend very experienced (Michelin recommended and starred restaurants) every week. A customer should never ever be in a situation like this. Utterly crucifying. The food was, unfortunately, a bit too salty but the ambition to create French cuisine is good. If you have high expectations of your visit, you should definitely choose another restaurant. I would not recommend Petit Bonheur."

"Das Arcada ist ein portugiesisch/spanisches Restaurant was mir und meiner Freundin sehr gefallen hat. Dieses Mal hatten wir Glück und haben um 19.00 Uhr einen Platz ohne Reservierung bekommen (mit dem Hinweis um 20.30 Uhr kommen Gäste für den Tisch -später Rückmeldung Gäste kommen erst um 21.00 Uhr - Das fand ich sehr zuvorkommend).Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und auf zack. Das Essen ( Tapas) war auch vegetarisch sehr lecker und sättigend. Das Einzige, was mich etwas gestört hat, ist doch die sehr enge Bestuhlung. Im Vergleich zum Spanier nebenan punktet für mich die einfach sympathische Art der Mitarbeiter und das leckere Essen ."

"in a lively location opposite the hamburger fair, this small Thai hole in the wall of an evening was a happy choice for me when I wanted something light, cheap and good. it is a place to take with maybe 8 small tables to eat their order in the house. what attracted me through the outside window was a combination of several people who seem to eat good food, the prices indicated that were favorable, and the fact that the tables were neat, clean, painted and arranged with Thai flavored neatly on what a person had already on the teller and said I wanted what turned out to be normal chickens"

"Bistroküche in gemütlich-modernem Ambiente. Die spezielle Raumanordnung gibt es häufiger in Eppendorf. Zwei zur Straße hin eigentlich getrennte Räume, die "hintenrum" verbunden sind. Hier wurde das so umgebaut, dass zwar die offene Bistroatmosphäre erhalten bleibt, aber mehrere Raumteilungen eine besondere Gemütlichkeit erzeugen.Draußen kann man auf einem sehr breiten Bürgersteig mit den hier üblichen schattenspendenden Bäumen auch gut sitzen. Die Erikastraße ist eine Einbahnstraße mit wenig Verkehr und lohnt sich auch wegen der Umgebung. Alster, viel Grün und der Eppendorfer Shopping-Wahnsinn.Brechtmanns hat eine (uns nicht bekannte) Vergangenheit in Scharbeutz. Dort müssen sie wohl gut "geübt" haben, denn die Qualität der Speisen ist einfach Spitze.Das ist erstklassige, gehobene Bistroküche. Mindestens so gut wie die Lehmwegkonkurrenz Küchenfreunde oder Henssler.Ja, es ist etwas teurer als eine der in der Umgebung zu kriegenden sehr guten 9-10-Euro-Pizzen. Die Qualität ist es mehr als wert. Und auch die Bandbreite der Speisekarte hat uns gefallen. Von einfachen (preisgünstigen) Snacks bis zu eher raffiniertem, kurz angebratenem Thunfisch.Salate und Süßes gibt's sowieso auch.Also, selbst mal hingehen; es gibt auch ein Mittagsangebot."

"We've known this place for a while. So far we had no negative experience. The staff is as beautiful and warm as we have experienced nothing else, and above all this does not work here at all, but absolutely natural and authentic. An enormously personal atmosphere is always created, so you actually feel more like eating in your living room. The food itself is also incredibly good. "we were the first time in the ono as we like to eat sushi. the local itself is modern, but the tables are closely connected to each other, which had not disturbed us personally. the acoustic is somewhat louder by the device, because due to modern architecture and equipment little sound-sucking materials were used.The service was very friendly and attentive. because we did not know how the portions are falling out, we asked if an appetizer could become too much. the very good recommendation of the service was rather to dispense with the appetizer and if necessary to choose a dessert...and so we did it too.We had the ono mix for 2 people, only when writing this review we are already getting into the shwarm again. for all sushifans highly recommended. Overall we were very enthusiastic and come back with safety."

"I ate it this restaurant based upon the recommendation of a chef at another restaurant in Hamburg. I was not disappointed. It is food that tastes as if it would be served in any home in Italy. It is not fine dining, per se, but...my meal was excellent. Cash only The tables even have the requisite checkered table cloths. All of the wines were Italian and the Pinot Grigio I had was very good. My main course was the pasta in an anchovy sauce. The taste of the anchovies immediately dragged me back to Italy. The anchovies must have been of very good quality as they did not have that kind of fishy flavor poor quality anchovies impart. There were not a lot of anchovies in the dish, rather the sauce olive oil infused with anchovies was fullflavored. Pasta, bruschetta, water, and Pinot Grigio was euros. The restaurant also looked like a down home Italian eatery. I made a reservation for pm on a Saturday night. minutes after I arrived very large groups arrived adding to the noisy Italian ambience. Perfecto. Not fine dining but great comfort food. I would go back"
