We love the Seven Seas and his friendly staff, especially Mr. Wilm, who, after only a few visits, knows us so well and understands that he already knows before our arrival, for which champagne we will decide and does not land on our plates, which we have already ruled out during previous visits. We stayed last Saturday, 25.03.2017 in Karl-Heinz Hausers seven seas. Super friendly welcome, good recommendation of the aperitif, excellent menus also with the possibility to mix from the two menus. Decenter but always very attentive service with an incredible taste experience, as we had expected. Thanks to Mr. Hauser and his team.

The atmosphere was very relaxed. The presentation of the dishes very elaborate, taste-intensive and rich in aromas. Even the presentation of the bread car with its diversity and the various preparation of the bread is very expensive. Sommelier understands his craft. Only after the last walk of the menu we had chosen, no one took care of us. But the other guests were in the foreground. Thus we did not order a coffee. This was the only drop of wormwood.

Great location with excellent star cuisine and really commendable service. We felt great conversations with the very friendly and competent staff, a creative menu and perfect wine recommendation. The about four hours passed as in the flight and it was an enchanting evening that will remain in memory. A meal on the Terasse would have been the i Tüpfelchen, but unfortunately we were denied because of the weather. The investment was worth it. Star food with personal touch is simply an experience!

My wife and I were with Mr Hausser for the third time for our anniversary. Unfortunately, this time it was not as overwhelming as the last few years. For example, we really enjoyed the wide selection of bread, this time it was not very attractive. In addition, the lighting was very bright so that no “romantic” mood could arise. The service was not so attentive and felt this time. This was also better in recent years due to lengths. The food has met our expectations again. Overall, despite the small criticism, it was a big evening.
