"If you 're tired of traffic on the coast, the crowds in Cannes or St Tropez, head into the hills above Les Arcs. In Lorgues, a gem of a small town, there is this gem of a restaurant. €19.50 each bought me and my wife lunch...of three courses and included wine and coffee. The restaurant prides itself and has a sign up declaring the fact that it prepares all its own food the fries with our main dish for example were home made, not the oven chips you seem to see everywhere. The starter bar, 'as much as you can eat ' (as was the dessert bar) had the likes of langouste, roast peppers, greek style mushrooms as well as the more usual salad food. This quality at that price, as well as friendly service it still seems hard to believe!"

Delicious fresh food at a reasonable price. The staff are efficient and helpful with choices (good advice on the drinks)

I was looking forward to the advertised raclette, but it turned out to be tasteless boiled potatoes covered in a lukewarm insipid cheese. Nothing like the rest thing.

Picked this restaurant based on the value of the “plat de jour”. Far better value and choice than the others around. Confidence in plat jour restored. We’ll definitely be back here.

Excellent restaurant in Lorgues. We visit Lorgues often and always go to Aux 2 Fontaines. The food is always excellent, with a lovely menu du jour. Les escargots are highly recommended!

with a party of seven to this pleasant restaurant in the center of the attractive Provencal city lorgues. on a beautiful terrace. a nice menu for 19.50 including a delicious starter of seafood and salads (buffet,) glass wine and a good...main (steak.) wine bottle in front of the free glass with meal was a little expensive but very good quality. efficient management and pleasant. good road ambience.

We were three and received a very warm welcome and great service. Two of us enjoyed a buffet with several fresh choices (the marinated red peppers were my favourite), a delicious main course of fish and a glass of white wine, all for under 20...euros for a Saturday lunch. I think it costs less during the week. We were treated to kirs and tapenade and they didn't mind that we chatted for almost 3 hours. We'd all return in a minute.

beautiful place in colorful hearts of lorgues. instead of traditional eating and not big surprises, but the most important: everything was very fresh. even the chicks we had (and many places come from the freezer, but not here). as we asked: between sausam and blue. and the duck was also made perfect. next time we come to formulate for the (also cheaper) because the buffer is really complicated. the staff is also very helpful and friendly.

the service was good, but the steak in the set menu was pretty chewing. other people on the table said their steak was good, but a few said it was pretty chewing. shouldn't be much going on! the duck had good comments to the set menu... not a great choice for children's menu either went children for the black burger on the main menu and it was a black burger back, but the actual burger was good (the bungalow was not burned, only black, as I said, so prestige if they were children pulled out by color appearance! all clear, but not coming back.

"like my indecision about making me a just idea about this friendly address, I don't know how to start my contribution. so go without real prolegomen. If there's a good quality that comes from the table of the colon, it's the service. the team is in small care with the customers, worried about the lunch event, listening to the critics (whether positive or negative) and smiling. I was perfectly welcomed and installed on a well heated covered terrace. A ramequin of large green olives with herbs was brought to me and I was able to enjoy these amuse-bouches with greedy in the meantime. They were slightly crunchy. On the command side, I chose the redesigned torturer. I don't often find this dish on the map of the addresses I go to, so I took advantage of it. A small burning cast iron pot was issued to me a few minutes after my order. the drunken is a provencal dish that I am affectionate for it is related to the Ioli and olive oil. It is therefore a spicy recipe that, without removing the mouth, brings the south and the sea in the mouth. fish, vegetables and shells bathe in a broth or fish fumet mixes with garlic and olive oil. What I ate was good. Unfortunately, as I told the waitress, it was fade, very fade. I had nice pepper, it didn't change the deal. It was certainly very copied, because generosity is to be put in this address. But if I didn't finish my cocoon, it's not just the amount. On the vegetables side, there were only potatoes (in the original version, there is fennel that raises the dish, as well as onions). but it was only potatoes to water and many remained at the bottom of the pot. hulls and mussels were present, as well as salmon and julienne. salmon didn't bring anything, it had the flavor of boiled fish to water. The dish is sold 17 euros. we are in the classic prices. tea sold to five euros is a little expensive. However, a small-format gourmet coffee is offered at four euros, consisting of a mini chocolate marrow and a pannacotta. an original and very cheap proposal. For once, I'm against the edge of the opinion. However, as I repeat, as long as tripadvisor (coucoucou les modérateurs et les modérateurs) will not adapt its rating scale by integrating a good evaluation imperfection will continue. given the experience taken in its overallity, even if I was not satisfied, what I ate was good. the kitchen is home, the breakfast formula (plat, gourmet coffee) is offered to 16 euros; the complete formula at 30 euros; dishes such as risotto the panais velvety or the turkey net with clementine juice are offered. I clearly made the wrong choice of dish but I'll probably go back to an experiment."
