"On a business trip and being a warm sunny summer’s evening I was looking for a traditional Biergarten to enjoy the evening and unwind in. A quick Google search revealed this to be the closest to my hotel so seemed a good bet. Much of the restaurant is in an atrium but further back there is an open space which is better in summer: Burger was OK, nothing special, but fries were dry and poorly seasoned, could’ve done with a pot of ketchup or mayo to go with. Beer was really good. So I would recommend for beer, maybe not so much for food and there are probably nicer Biergarten spaces in Karlsruhe to try."

was there with some friends on the afternoon. the prices for the beer are absolutely super and it sounds excellent. I haven't eaten yet, but it always looked very welcoming.

the order was delicious. because it was my first in the bathroom, I was a little disappointed. I had more of a Bavarian before I had. it tasted but good and therefore the initial irritation was quickly distorted! View menu

we got what we expected. the carving with pommes and the sausage salad were good and the beer very tasty. the locality is appealing. Conclusion: the price/performance ratio fits, eating is nothing special, but for a brewhouse more than sufficient.

Nice place with German beer and food. Different house made beers which can be tasted. I am more of a bauarian beerhouse type of guy but it was a very nice huge place and with a large garden facility which i just saw as it was January and it was not operational . you must go here

Outside it looks a regular Brauhaus, however inside it is awesome, A lot of space, nice gothic rooms. The secret of this Brauhaus is there own brewery, two floors under the ground. The beer is excellent and also their own beer-goulash. The service is very friendly and helpful. You get much value for money here. View menu

First things first. The waiter did not know if the beer they had was wheat beer and if they had any wheat beer. If this was any other country I would not write that down. But being a German beer focused brewery restaurant, I was rather shocked. The food, not expensive, but very average in taste. Worth a go if you're in the area, but don't expect anything amazing.

we were here with a group. as we had pre-ordered, we got our own room. the service was slightly overwhelmed with the drinks. but at the end everyone had what he had ordered. the food came quickly and we enjoyed it very well. the beer was also very delicious. the brewhouse consists of some flats with the most varied rooms, for up to 1000 guests. from the third etage anyone can slide down via a slide. the large, glazed inner courtyard can be completely opened. the whole building is absolutely worth seeing.
