"Traspasar las puertas de Kiro Sushi, es adentrarse no solo en la degustación de una de las más honestas cocinas tradicionales niponas. Sino en un entorno de armonía y paz abundante donde aplicando técnicas aprendidas durante un intenso y continuo peregrinar por Japón; cada movimiento, cada mínimo detalle, temperatura, pincelado, tiempos… tiene el objetivo del respeto absoluto a la materia prima, al comensal, y en definitiva al arte en sí que da vida el Chef Félix Jiménez. Uno de los más puristas “itame” de reconocimiento incluso internacional. No estamos en un restaurante al uso, de hecho utilizar esa palabra en este caso sería poco menos que reduccionista. La única recomendación añadida que puedo hacerte es que te des la oportunidad de conocer Kiro Sushi y te dejes llevar por esta experiencia donde quizás establezcas un punto de no retorno de lo que es realmente el sushi."

"We visit this restaurant on recommendation. We ordered a pear salad, octopus and a txuleta. The salad, although scarce in accompaniment of the partridge, was good. The octopus forgot to point it to the waitress so we got the txuleta straight out, apologized and told us they could get the octopus out later, but the truth that doesn't paint too much anymore. The txuleta that they got besides not being stumbled, there was nowhere to take it all a desperation, there could not be meat from anywhere much fat and little to eat, we demanded and they changed it and objected to nothing, we got another one that didn't see cut and good... little to eat too and with much I would have decided to order dessert cheese.... The ration of small cheese and laughter. Anyway, I don't think we're back, the deal was good, but the food didn't..."

"we decided by the special menu with the protagonist asparagus (42 €/person). three asparagus entries and a main meat, rotated (transverse cut of the singlemillo wrapped in bacon) with triguerous asparagus. chocolate dessert with olive oil ice cream and asparagus trunk covered with white chocolate. homemade appetizer: vegetable tortilla. with the chocolate nuggets aromatized with coffee. the menu was wonderful with fermented white wine in barrels, special reserve icon of faustino edition. We didn't think they were successful with the asparagus proposals. It was good, but we thought it was normal, we expected more. Better the first entry. I laugh slowly though there were not many people. Another interesting detail is that you should offer the menu written, although you are told that each dish is forgotten and you cannot check at any time."
