Das Hotel liegt in entspannter , schöner Lage. Der Kellner ist sehr freundlich, humorvoll und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Desweiteren ist auch der Chef ein hervorragender Koch, der alles selbst zubereitet. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut. Service: 5

we were eating at the hotel. a dream! the waiter was perfect, good liar, friendly always a fleeting word on the lips but also not too intrusive. you realize he's going on this call. eating was very good. there were iberico bags and angus steak. both made perfectly on the point and of a very good quality. we will come back here to eat!

the hotel bear is very good for hiking and excursions. they realize that cooking here is still understood as craftsmanship and from the pizza to the sour roast, from breakfast buffet to dessert everything tastes wonderful. we have been in the hotel for many years and are happy, every time we return to the hotel, it has become a piece to house.

we have been to the restaurant in the last two weeks several times in the hotel bear Bernau-Oberlehen) and can recommend it all around! we haven't eaten so well for a long time and also the absolutely perfect hosting by roberto has contributed enormously to our well-being! out of our own, this is an exceptionally good restaurant as one finds it only very rarely today! we would like to thank you once again for the nice hours we were allowed to spend there! roberto: even once again a great thank you, we wish them all good and stay them as they are! ...the 2 from the table outside at the corner)

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 4+2 dort. So ein kinderliebes Restaurant und das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Für die Kinder haben wir 1x Maultaschen bestellt. Ohne zu Fragen bekamen wir kostenlos zwei Räuberteller mit jeweils Kinderbesteck und Trinkröhrchen. Unsere Kinder bekamen vom Kellner ein extra Getränk, und zum Dessert je eine Kugel Eis und Gummibärchen als Wegzehrung. Nach dem Essen hat er den Kids noch einige seiner singenden und tanzenden Kuscheltiere vorgeführt. Die Kinder waren begeistert und wir hatten fast ein schlechtes Gewissen wegen der vielen Geschenke. Wir können das Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Wir sind an einem Nachsaison-Samstag ins benachbarte Feriendorf eingezogen und hatten keine Lust, nach der Fahrt noch den Kochlöffel zu schwingen, wollte aber im Ferienhaus essen. Der Bären bietet viele Gerichte (Pizza, Pasta, Schwarzwaldschnitzel) zum Mitnehmen an, die Steaks – leider und verständlicherweise – nicht. Wir wurden rundum lecker verkostet, freundlichst bedient und empfehlen das Bären-Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiter. Besonderer Bonuspunkt: Es scheint sich seit ungefähr 20, vielleicht auch 30 Jahren gegen den Zeitgeist zu wehren und wirkt damit wie eine Erinnerung an Epochen, in denen die Welt noch einfacher und Kaiserslautern Deutscher Meister war.
