"An excellent menu in a young, loose restaurant, where a dedicated cook is highly concentrated on the pass and completes the last handles. The “crisper sphere” with liquid egg yolk, which spreads smoothly over vegetables and fish, as well as the Baieta variant of a bouga sauce; the delicious fish soup is poured into the dishes served with perfectly garden fish pieces, pulpo and vegetables at the table; and then this roulil...! I recommend this ambitious restaurant in the heart of Paris with a good value for money. Read more..."

Wonderful place and good food. Personally I think we waited a little to long for each dish. Other than that a great place.

Enjoyed lunch with my daughters. Everything was very prepared and the staff was so polite and professional. Definitely would go often if we were local.

Good meal with extra mouths. Careful service and arrangements with interesting dishes and wines. The dishes were nice, good but more. I didn't like dessert Bergamote Mandarin Chocolate. View menu

We had a super intimate dining experience here, picking the 4 course tasting menu with flight of wines. The Mediterranean slant on the food was delicious and brilliantly executed. The fish course was most excellent….I can reimagine the flavours now! Very impressed with the style of this young talented chef! Well deserved Étoilé!

The experience was ruined for me after I found a large bone in a dumpling. I showed the server simply so they would know there was a problem with the batch and the server tried to condescendingly explain to me that the obvious bone the size of my thumbnail on my plate was just a piece of cartilage. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The service was awkward and does not merit a Michelin standard. The staff doesn’t seem to be confident in their service and is slow to respond. The food lacked creativity. Repeats in the courses, which was disappointing. For €100 for a four course meal, there should have been more diversity in taste. Fish course, however was spectacular. But service à tart like dessert on this tasting menu, is not acceptable. Disappointed. Overpriced and underperformed. View menu

First time in many times dining at Baeita that we have been disappointed. We asked for the pigeon to be well cooked as we do not eat raw meat and the it was bleeding. My guest did not eat her dish and returned it to the cheffe cut, bleeding and uneaten so the cheffe as a good chef would ask why the dish was uneaten. No one bothered to inquired. If this is an example of the cheffe’s concern for the diners, there are many other Michelin restaurants in Paris where to dine.

an excellent menu in a young, loose restaurant where a dedicated cook is very concentrated on the pass and the last handles are performed. the ‘cospheric’ with a liquid egg yolk spread over sweet and fish, and the Baieta variant of a bougais; the delicious fish soup is poured into the dishes that are served with perfect garden fish pieces, pulp and vegetables on the table; and then this roulette...! I recommend this ambitious restaurant in the heart of Paris with good value for money.
