very well everything, good product, good service, good letter, great wine letter. We went at lunchtime, the only one but we thought there would be cocktails, but there were not until 17:00 all the dishes we ordered were very good, special mention in the ear and the canyon of the tail of the bull. Un lugar elegante donde el producto y el vino están al centro de todo. Sentado en la barra, pude apreciar todo el esmero que se pone para atender al cliente. Personal atento y a la escucha del cliente. Pudieron hacerme una cata a medida, adaptándose a mis solicitudes. Muy buenos consejos en vinos y quesos. Mención especial para la cava Bebito, el bierzo Massuria y lo mejor fue el maridaje de quesos con el Amontillado Fossi que estuvo excelente con el manchego con trufa y con el comté.
